Every week HealthWalks 2013 - Free, short, volunteer-led local walks - ideal those who wish to be more active. No need to book, just turn up.

Tuesdays:
Sandown Castle, North Deal: 10.15am (for 10.30am) duration 60mins.
Wednesdays:
Kingsdown Road Car Park (near the bottle banks), Walmer, 9.45am (for 10am) duration 60-90mins.
Thursdays:
Deal Pier Walk: Meet in front of Deal Pier, 10.45am for 11am start - lasts approx 30mins. Ideal for people with walking difficulties or recovering from illness. Contact: Liz on 01304 375572.
