Visiting the Forum for the first time?

If you are new to the Forum, please take a few minutes to browse the various sections and see the messages that others have posted already. If you want to respond to existing messages or start a new topic, you'll need to sign up as a Member of the Forum.

Why it's a good idea to sign up as a Member

Signing up as a Member is free and only takes a minute or two. It offers useful benefits... like the ability to edit or delete any of your messages, automatic logging in to the Forum, easy communication with other Members of the Forum and inclusion in the Forum mailing list for any important news.

You'll find important advice on how to sign up in the Forum's "Welcome" section. The FAQ section in the menu at the top of the Forum page also provides lots of helpful advice on using the Forum.

Are there any rules for using the Forum?

Not really! Messages promoting local events and services are fine and lively debate is welcomed - but we'd urge everyone to observe good manners and avoid bad language. Anything considered libellous or offensive WILL be removed!
